What makes the nations,companies and people so different in different times?

Without graduating at last minute I studied Management, in my School the teacher brought their knowledge from USA.They talked about management as the art of dealing with problems that will come every morning on our desk one after another.
Later I discovered about Some Doctors who decided to ask the following question:
What makes somebody very successful in what he does.
They draw a list of people from very different fields that had proven outstanding performance each in his or her respective fields.
They wanted to find the common denominator between them.
They prepare a questionnaire and ask all of them same questions.
They examined the answer and found out what was common to them.
Is their ability to manage any problem without having feelings with a vision of the day after in mind.
They were all operating like an experienced surgeon in emergency operating room who can stand stress and keep cool in front of accident victims who were brought on operation table
and looking as a case to be treated with already with the operation is taking place in brain step after step.

Later a name is given to this NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming.
These people manage their working life as if sitting behind a desk with many drawers
and prepared plan for every situation that may arise in future.
They behave like magicians of the future , nothing really surprise them anything that happens
have a proper plan ready to put into action to immediate solution and to continue the life
until the next problem comes into their way.

They are like a perfect surgeon who do not need alcohol to support the stress.

These people have the ability to balance the brain vs. heart.
The brain is center of thinking and heart is the center of feeling.

Both of them constantly struggle against each other to control us.
And in a moment of emotional outburst when their heart overtake the brain they can make the brain powerful.
When the brain take over the heart they are able to avoid to be too rational devoid of any feeling which what makes a human being a human being.

As if they know how to balance things.

It is the management at first layer start in our mind and heart.
If those forces could be well managed
A fat man can understand that it is he who plan execute a software which at the end make his body overweight.
Our brain can delete such a software and instead install another one that will make the same person slim.

So the idea is to have a vision of what will be at the end.This is made in brain.
When my philosophy teacher in high school she said to us -kids of 16 years of age, starting
is half way of success, we found it stupid and laughed at it.But that is what she really meant.

So the leader in a country can have a decision and vision to turn the people in to engineers of
mechanical marvel like Porsche or Mercedes Benz.Another leader with his lack of management
style can turn their cousins behind barbed wires in to miserable ghost like creations.


We can apply this to China also in recent history, the same people with radical and conflictual
management style faced hardship hunger and deprivation, humiliation and starvation but after
1984 with a visionary collaborative management style everybody became a manager first of his own life by changing things.
So we can say that what can make and brake the life in personal, company and life of the nations
is the Management.
In that sense we must think in future post how this can work for every one of us
