THE POWER OF WELL MANAGED DIVERSITY,

In different places, at the different times of the history , we see towers that are builded.
They express the idea of being higher, stronger in short the idea of having the power.
Let us look to Babylonian empire,which legend says that people of 52 nationalities were living there.They build a hughe tower still today is talked about.
The Eiffel Tower in France was also an expression of power of French Empire that included people of different continent .
The WTC also will be builded along the same line of idea.
The bionic Shanghai Tower will project the image of China.
All those countries of tower builders have one point in common.

They had or have a very diverse population.

The multitude of ethnic groups that live within their border makes theman almost invincible foe, just in case ,one may decide to
blame, a president, a government , but in reality it is the power of well managed diversity that is facing you, it is not the power of a single man or a group of men ।
