Sleeping in same bed and having different dreams

What is Culture?
It is common and learned way of thinking  and behaving.
Countries have Cultures.
Companies also can create  a common and learned way of thinking and behaving.

Most of the companies where management and workforce come from different cultures face problems of alignment to create a common platform to channel energy to a single direction.
The different priorities may disperse the power that is essential for success.

In China  where in such work places where the Universalised idea co exist with Particularised Chinese idea, ways must be formulated to satisfy the cultural understanding and needs of all.
This is possible only if every side understand deeply its own culture and learn the culture of others.

Western Universalised Idea:
-----------------------------

Fairness
The right to life
The right to freedom
The right to avoid injury
The right to have privacy
The right to development by studying and reevaluating our beliefs and moral conduct
The right to distinctiveness.
The obligation to avoid Rape,Stealing, Murder, Assault, Fraud.
The obligation to respect the code of conduct in the workplace
The Obligation to benefit the society.
If the rules and obligations conflict with family member or friends interest
the obligation to respect the rules prevails.

Chinese Particularised Idea.
-----------------------------
The obligation to support the parents (2500 years of Confucinanism)
The obligation to support the colleagues (50 years of socialism)
The obligation to support Chinese vs Foreigners (100 years of Colonialism aggression)
The obligation to live in over crowded labor market with high degree of mobility.
(29 years Open Door Policy)

Steps:
---------

First step is to understand deeply our own Culture.
Second Step is to work in common to find shared values of right and wrong.
Third Step to Think the organization in which we are working as our customer
that give us work on certain conditions. We can only have conflict free working relation
if we can understand the organization basic values and implement them.

Absolutism versus Relativism:
--------------------------------
In an open economic system where the freedom to hire and freedom to accept or not a job
exist, it is indispensable to accept the reevaluation of our habits and beliefs.
If the aim is to have a prosperous career development, a harmonious working relation is indispensable.
