The recipe of successful partnership

Let us start with numerous failure stories in regard of failed friendship, failed joint-ventures. In which two parts end up breaking the relation.
I will pass the burden of giving you examples. Each of you knows some stories about unhappily ended relations.

In the beginning two parties decide to join their forces, focusing only in good side of other party.
Overlooking their mutual shortcomings.
As we all agree almost everybody have shortcomings not only skills.
So the beginning of a relation is based on positive thinking. Without it no relation will ever start.
When the relation start slowly the time do its own. People get tired and forget the indispensable part of their beginning which is to respect each other skills and focus only on that side. I do not mean by that we must totally ignore the danger of our partners shortcomings. Sure we have to take the measures to protect ourselves. But must keep always the positive mind set.
When one party crash first, start only focusing on shortcomings of the other side, and enter in finger pointing game. Blames start to fly around.
And reciprocity give birth to counter blames.

If we can keep in mind that in partnership one sides shortcoming belong to the partnership it will be better for survival and development to chose the path of constructive approach to strengthen the unity.
Unless we aim to destroy the partnership that is the only way to keep it alive and flourishing.
成功合作的秘方

首先让我们来回顾一下因合作失败而令友谊破裂的诸多例子。大家或多或少都知悉一些诸如此类的例子,我就不在此费事举例了。

初期,双方决定鼎立合作,看重对方的优势,却忽略了存在的缺点。相信大家都赞同:每个人都有长处,也有短处。所以,合作的开端是无比积极的;如果没有积极的合作意识,合作就不会顺利开展。

随着时间的前进,合作缓慢开展后,双方逐渐忘记了扬长避短的初衷。并不是说要完全忽视合作伙伴的短处;而是要有度,要树立积极的合作心态。

当一方垮台,会转向指责对方的过失。从此,双方开始互责。

我们应该时刻紧急于心:在合作的双方关系中,一方的不足或者缺点应归咎于整个组织,这样才能更好的求得双方的发展,并巩固双方的合作关系。当然,如果终极目标是摧毁双方的合作,这个是例外。
